6.         Pulmonary venous obstruction as in:

                 • Stenosis of the pulmonary veins

                 • TAPVR from below diaphragm                 ¤

 

CARDIOMEGALY WITH NORMAL VASCULATURE

1.         Viral myocarditis                                                          ¤

2.         Endocardial fibroelastosis                                             ¤

3.         Aberrant coronary artery (from PA LÜR shunt)            ¤
