Sonography of PID with Tx
		l Complex fluid and inflammation can resolve in a few days. l Pyosalpinx can change to hydrosalpinx and possibly resolve over few weeks to months l Study of Taipale,etal found 9 of 55 pts with clinical PID and initial normal sonogram developed a hydrosalpinx over time. l If a pyosalpinx does not resolve or develops into a hydrosalpinx, probably signifies an incompletely treated infection
