Is the mediastinum wide?
	n First ask… is it technical? n Positioning: n rotated:? n AP? n Lordotic? n Supine? n Inspiration n If so, repeat the film before proceeding to CT. n Then ask…Is it new? n GET OLD FILMS before getting a CT unless time is critical.
